THINGS TO DO IN SAIGON

ENJOY OUR LOCAL FOOD
Vietnamese cuisine encompasses the foods and beverages of Vietnam, and features a combination of five fundamental taste elements in the overall meal. Each Vietnamese dish has a distinctive flavor which reflects one or more of these elements. Common ingredients include fish sauce, shrimp paste, soy sauce, rice, fresh herbs, and fruits and vegetables. Vietnamese recipes use lemongrass, ginger, mint, Vietnamese mint, long coriander, Saigon cinnamon, bird's eye chili, lime, and basil leaves. Traditional Vietnamese cooking is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of oil, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. With the balance between fresh herbs and meats and a selective use of spices to reach a fine taste, Vietnamese food is considered one of the healthiest cuisines worldwide. One dish that you should try is Pho - fresh noodle with beef or chicken soup

LET TRY VIETNAMESE COFFEE
Vietnamese iced coffee, is a traditional Vietnamese coffee recipe.
"Vietnamese iced coffee with milk", also known as ca phe sua
At its simplest, Ca phe da is made with coarsely ground Vietnamese-grown dark roast coffee individually brewed with a small metal French drip filter into a cup containing about a quarter to a half as much sweetened condensed milk, stirred and poured over ice. The coarse grind allows the use of the cà phê phin.

L'Usine coffee shop is our recommendation which is a good place for enjoying our coffee & drinks.
